Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the jdb99 platform. If we find that an account was registered with a false age, jdb99 will immediately close that account and decide what happens to any remaining balance after a review.

Individual Accounts

Each user may only open one account on jdb99. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts — including any bonuses — may be closed.

Personal Use Only

This platform is intended for users who play for their own personal entertainment. Playing on behalf of third parties, using software bots, or assisting others to do so is strictly prohibited.

Accurate Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate and complete details including your name, phone number, and payment-related information. If false information is found, jdb99 may suspend payments and close the account.

Account Security

Deposit Methods

Accepted payment methods on jdb99 are KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. Deposits can only be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).

Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum amount for each deposit is 5,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be processed. The maximum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method and is subject to jdb99's decision.

Deposit Safety

You must only use your own payment account. Deposits from a third party's account are not permitted. jdb99 reserves the right to decline any payment where the source of funds is unclear.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum amount for each withdrawal is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Most withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Cases that require additional review may take longer. jdb99 will do its best to process withdrawals as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee the processing time 100%.

Withdrawal Holds

A withdrawal may be delayed or declined for the following reasons —

• Bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met
• KYC verification has not yet been completed
• Account information is incomplete
• Suspicious financial activity is under review

Refunds

Amounts already played after a deposit will not be refunded. For any actions arising from technical errors, jdb99 will make decisions in line with its investigation results.

Welcome Bonus

The jdb99 welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to withdraw bonus funds is 20x the bonus amount.

Example: If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. You must wager 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks before withdrawing.

Wagering Requirement Explanation

The wagering requirement refers to the number of times you must bet with bonus funds at jdb99 before you can make a withdrawal. Only after the wagering requirement is met can winnings from the bonus be withdrawn.

Bonus Restrictions

• The bonus can only be claimed once. Opening more than one account per person to claim additional bonuses is not allowed.
• Bonus funds can only be used in designated bonus-eligible games and must comply with the game restrictions that apply.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred as cash in any form.
• jdb99 may modify or cancel bonus promotions without prior notice.

Referral Bonus

The referrer receives 8% of the referred player's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks per person. In addition, the referrer will receive a weekly commission of 0.1% of the referred player's valid wagered amount. To qualify for this referral bonus, the referred player must have valid gameplay activity.

Game Integrity

Games on the jdb99 platform are built using Random Number Generator (RNG) and Fair Play technology. Game results are free from interference by any counter or jdb99 staff.

Technical Errors

jdb99 reserves the right to void any games affected by incorrect prize amounts that differ from those stated in the promotion. In such cases, the user will be notified and the correct amount will be adjusted.

Football Betting

For football betting, jdb99 will handle abandoned, cancelled, or pre-kick-off suspended matches in accordance with its announcements. Official data sources will be used for match results, and in the event of any dispute, jdb99's decision shall be final.

Live Casino Games

Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger) are played with a live dealer. Settled results cannot be changed. jdb99 is not responsible for losses caused by connection interruptions — it is the user's own responsibility to ensure a stable network connection.

Irregular Behaviour

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jdb99 platform —

• Using software bots, auto-clickers, or any tools that can predict game outcomes
• Exploiting bonus wagering requirements through bonus abuse
• Depositing and withdrawing funds for money laundering purposes
• Using funds that are not legitimately owned
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the jdb99 website
• Targeting other users with malicious intent

If any of these violations are found, jdb99 may immediately close the account and forfeit any remaining balance.
